We want you to be completely satisfied with your Trans-Siberian Orchestra Fan Club merchandise. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original, unused condition.
Initiate Your Request
Log in to your Fan Club account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Package Your Items
Securely pack the merchandise in its original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and including a copy of your packing slip or order confirmation.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please retain your tracking number for reference.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
